I loved the beds!!!!!!! I have never slept like that in a hotel ever. 2Nd best thing was the pool and hot tub (my daughter could have lived in it if she could have) I loved the sitting areas outside on the main floors with the chairs and ashtrays that is a fantastic idea and really enjoyed that. I also was amazed at how clean the parking lot was not a cigarette butt in site!! (And I'm a smoker) The front desk staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Housekeepers on the other had needs improvement.
Well the rates are too high but I understand the whole tourism town thing. 2) housekeeping didn't give us more coffee or toilet paper on our 2nd day of stay when we asked for our room to be cleaned that was dissappointing that when we got back to our room we had to phone the front desk and ask for toilet paper and coffee. We also asked for a large garbage bag that we were willing to pay for to help clean up our garbage in the room and we never got one that kinda sucked. All of these little things made me change my mind about leaving a tip and being a front desk attendant myself I always make sure my customers are happy and satisfied.
the price was reasonable , and the location was great close to Banff
We liked the decor, and the room was quiet. The view,as we wanted, was great to see in the morning. It felt "comfortable" to us, and that was important. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
I enjoyed the beds the most. The new sleep numer beds were remarkable to sleep in. They were so great that now I am looking into purchasing one.
The restaurant downstairs was too pricey and when we got our food it was cold. It should not have been seeing that we were the only people eating breakfast that morning.
Reception and cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful
The staff was courteous, attentive and helpful; and the food in the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good and attractively presented.
Friendly staff, good location, room was nice
Very nice hotel nice and clean. We liked the heated pool and hot tub
We did not like all the noise we found to many people parting next to us. It was very loud we were woken up at midnight and again at 4:00am. We think is should be more sound proof and more security around to keep the noise down.
The hotel is ok carprts on secound hall floor could use a good cleaning THere were to many hidden taxes on check our bill that I did not understand except the gst one Even the desk clerk could not explain them
The staff there were really nice. Travelling with two dogs and an 8th month old we appreciated the one $25 fee for the two pets instead of a per animal charge at most hotels which I think is ridiculous. Also really liked that the front desk person who took my reservation remembered me when I got there. Nice touch! Thank you Radisson Canmore!!
Nothing! Would stay again
We loved the location as it was a few minutes walk from main street. The rooms were very nice and clean.
There was only one elevator that seemed pretty slow at times.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Brunch - $21.95/person!!! Over priced for what we were offered. Cold and unpleasant food. I ordered a coffee with my brunch which the waiter (Igor) brought half way through the meal then offered cream for my coffee which he attempted to deliver to our table once we were in line to pay. There was an incident with housekeeping leaving a scratch on the screen my sons electronic tablet. I fully understand that accidents happen but nothing has been done to resolve the problem. I was expecting a phone call from management the Monday we arrived home which I did not receive. I have called and left a voicemail and still no returned call. Very disappointing that Hotel management will not deal with the situation or try to reconcile. I would not recommend my friends or family stay here. A resolve to our problem may change my opinion but as it stands with lack of communication I would send more of a warning than anything to others.
The front desk and the staff extremely hospitable.
The room smelled and are in major need of updating.
The WI-FI Network was inoperable.
Beautiful and comfortable in general. The water fountain outside was nice.
We had to go outside to get to the pool and the door was malfunctioning. Having a fridge in the room would be nice (we had to put ice from the machine to keep our picnic stuff cold).
